HLSFGS series sine screen is kind of HL screening device developed by our company for coal , power plant, metallurgy, cement , mine in which materials' size is no less than 10mm. HL screen can not only improve the efficiency but also reduce energy consumption and metal abrasion. It's the essential equipment for coal conveying system in thermal power plant.

Working Principle

HLSFGS sine screen takes advantages of circular motion of flat and round sieve on sieve shafts to produce sine wave to the materials for screening. In the same screening area, HL screen's efficiency is 40%-50% more than other screening equipments. What's more, the sieve can be used in screening materials with high moisture content and viscosity.

Main Features

1. HLSFGS series sine screen is composed by motor, reducer, coupling, distributor and coupling. Each screen shaft rotating on the same direction with the same speed, as the phase difference of mesh on the neighbouring screen shaft is 90°. Hence the materials flow forwards as sine waves, meanwhile, materials of qualified size will pass through the clearance of sieves.

2. Sieve of HLSFGS sine screen is oval, hence it can run reliably, and the usage life has been extended.

3. HLSFGS sine screen makes full use of potential energy of materials leading to low energy consumption and dust leakage.
